SYLVIA

Sylvia is an 13 year old domestic short hair who is living with diabetes.  She has been living here at the clinic since Dr. Buchanan opened The Cat Doctor in March of 2004.  Sylvia came from an older client who could no longer provide care for her.  Dr. Buchanan adopted Sylvia, and Sylvia has been in charge ever since!  Sylvia lived most of her life as “Sylvester”.  Her previous owner always thought that she was a male cat! We call her the queen because she treats us as her servants.  Sylvia's Hobbies include:  Sleeping, eating, sleeping, eating again and making sure the other cats stay in line.

UPDATE:

As of Thanksgiving 2007, Sylvia has been ruling the roost at Dr. Buchanan's house. She sends her regards to The Cat Doctor clients. Sylvia thinks retirement suits her to a T.
